📜 Terms of Service Last Updated: Jan.19th 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Review Doctor services.
1. Services Review Doctor provides reputation management, automation, missed-call recovery, and communication services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
2. Subscription & Billing Services are provided as a monthly subscription. A 3-month minimum commitment applies unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed automatically. SMS, calls, and 1-800 usage are billed separately based on usage. All fees are non-refundable.
3. Payment & Access Onboarding begins only after payment is received. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Cancellation Cancellation is allowed after the 3-month minimum. Cancellation must be submitted in writing. No refunds for partial months or unused services.
5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the services for: Spam or unlawful messaging. Violating TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or carrier regulations. Any illegal or abusive activity.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: Review Doctor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the prior 30 days.
7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Review Doctor from any claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of applicable laws.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Review Doctor is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Modifications We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
